nRF21540提供了非常具有競爭力的參數，在+20 dBm TX輸出功率時為110 mA，在+10 dBm TX輸出功率時為38 mA，在RX時為2.9 mA，在省電模式下為45 nA。更寬的工作溫度範圍可達-40°C到105°C，使其與nRF52820、nRF52833或nRF5340 SoC一起成為專業照明的理想選擇。
