Powerful and extendable
Our development kits are powerful right out of the box, and extendable to suit your specific needs.
All the devkits are hardware compatible with the Arduino Uno Revision 3 standard, making it possible to use 3rd-party shields. 

NFC tag  
Some SoC devices have a built-in NFC interface.
For those devkits, NFC tag functionality can be enabled with the included NFC antenna.

Power Profiling

Measure and optimize power consumption

The Power Profiler Kit is a richly featured and easy to use tool for the measurement and
optimization of your application’s power consumption.

The Power Profiler Kit plugs directly into the nRF51 DK and nRF52 DK through the Arduino
Uno Revision 3 standard pin headers, in combination with the special power measurement
header on these kits.

This allows easy power profiling with a minimum of hardware work needed. There’s also an
additional connector for power consumption measurements on external boards, so you can
connect and power profile your final hardware.

Dongles

A lower-cost development option

A USB alternative to a full development kit

Nordic Dongles are low-cost, versatile USB development dongle for Bluetooth® Low Energy,
ANT™ and 2.4GHz proprietary applications. They are well suited to act as gateways to other
development software.

The nRF51 Dongle supports development for for nRF51822, nRF51824 and nRF51422 SoCs,
while the nRF52840 supports development for the nRF52 series of SoCs.

nRF52840 Dongle

The nRF52840 Dongle is complementary hardware to the nRF Connect for Desktop. It supports Bluetooth 5, Bluetooth mesh, Thread and Zigbee.

nRF51 Dongle

The nRF51 Dongle is a Bluetooth Low Energy, ANT and 2.4 GHz proprietary USB development dongle for the nRF51 Series SoCs. Develop applications for the nRF51822, nRF51422 and nRF51824 SoCs.

A sensor-packed development platform

The Nordic Thingy:52™ (or just "the Thingy") is an easy-to-use development platform, designed to help you build
IoT prototypes and demos, without the need to build hardware or write firmware.

No embedded programming required
The functionality of the Thingy can be configured over-the-air via a Bluetooth API. That
makes it possible to create demos and prototypes with no embedded programming
necessary. It comes with the accompanying Nordic Thingy:52 app for iOS, Android and a web
app.
