nRF54LS05A System-on-Chip

Entry-level, ultra-low-power Bluetooth LE SoC

The nRF54L Series offers SoCs that combine an efficient MCU with ultra-low-power wireless connectivity. The nRF54LS05A and the larger-RAM option nRF54LS05B feature a Bluetooth LE radio and an entry-level peripheral set making them suitable as a main MCU for simple products such as, sensors, tags, beacons, remotes, and PC peripherals, as well as a Bluetooth companion device in larger systems alongside a larger MCU.

nRF54LS05A supports Bluetooth LE and 2.4 GHz proprietary protocols with data rates up to 4 Mbps for low-latency applications.

Performance highlights (preliminary)

  • Processing efficiency and performance: 250 CoreMark/mA (@ 3 V), 500 CoreMark®
  • Radio power consumption: 3.4 mA for RX and 4.8 mA for TX @ 0 dBm (@ 3 V)
  • Sleep modes  power consumption : from 0.6 μA to 1.2 μA (@ 3 V)
  • Maximum TX power: +4 dBm
  • Sensitivity: -96 dBm (1M Bluetooth LE)
