nPM1304 是一款高集成多功能电源管理芯片（PMIC），单芯片集成电池充电器、算法型电量计、两路高效率降压稳压器、两路 LDO / 负载开关以及全套系统管理功能，最低可支持 4 毫安充电电流。nPM1304 能够替代多款分立元器件以精简物料清单，搭配全兼容 I²C 的 TWI 双线接口，有效提升产品设计灵活性。

芯片搭载算法式电池电量计，可上报剩余电量与电池健康状态，计量精度高、工作功耗极低，无需搭配外围器件。集成丰富系统管理功能：硬件看门狗、掉电预警、硬件复位监控电路、启动故障恢复、运输模式与休眠模式。

电压稳压器

  • 两路降压稳压器 
    • 输出电流：200 毫安
    • 输出电压：1.0～3.3 伏 
      • 调压步长 100 毫伏
    • 迟滞 / PWM 模式自动切换，也可强制固定为 PWM 模式
    • 电源转换效率最高可达 93%
  • 两路低压差稳压器 / 负载开关 
    • 输出电流：LDO 为 50 毫安 / 负载开关为 100 毫安
    • 输出电压：1.0～3.3 伏 
      • LDO 调压步长 100 毫伏
