nRF Connect for Cloud is a versatile IoT connectivity enabler that can be used with Nordic’s cellular and Bluetooth Low energy devices. The same portal supports both cIoT and Bluetooth Low Energy. It is a part of Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF Connect suite of development tools which comprise of: nRF Connect for Desktop, nRF Connect for Mobile and nRF Connect for Cloud.

nRF Connect for cloud works with all popular browsers and requires no local installation. It offers easy connectivity to remote internet connected devices using a gateway such as a phone, computer or Bluetooth enabled gateway device.

Devices and data can be graphically represented simply and it offers the ability to create a custom UI to represent your proprietary services and characteristic data.

nRF Cloud Gateway 
Bluetooth LE projects on your desk can easily connect to nRF Connect for Cloud via your mobile phone. It can be based on a Nordic development kit, or hardware of your own design - as long as it "speaks" Bluetooth Low Energy.

You can do this with our gateway app called nRF Cloud Gateway.
The nRF Cloud Gateway is a completely "dumb" gateway app. You install it on your mobile phone, start it, and forget it.
All configuration happens from the browser-based interface of nRF Connect for Cloud.

nRF Cloud Gateway is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
