BLE WT51822-ABS Bluetooth low energy shield for Arduino
The BLE WT51822-ABS BLE shield for Arduino V2 is an Arduino form factor shield providing Bluetooth Smart connectivity to the STM32 Nucleo/Arduino Uno development boards. This shield offers developers the ideal Bluetooth Smart connectivity solution when developing applications that require the processing capabilities of the STM32 microcontroller. The board includes 3 LEDS and 3 buttons that are user-programmable. Header pins provide access to all GPIO and interfaces. The board is compatible with the S110 Bluetooth Smart Soft Devices and the nRF51 SDK. Full GATT/GAP serialization software is available in the nRF51 SDK to allow communication between the STM32 and the nRF51822 SoC. Programming and debug are performed using ST-Link on the STM32 Nucleo board.
Please note: This board is recommended for use together with the STM32 Nucleo/ Arduino Uno development kit and is not recommended as a stand-alone development kit for the nRF51822 SoC with standard Nordic toolchain.
