nRF24LE1 OTP
2.4GHz RF System-on-Chip (SoC) with OTPActive
Description
The nRF24LE1 OTP is highly integrated and low cost, ultra low power (ULP) 2.4GHz RF SoC for the 2.4GHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) band. It includes a 2.4GHz RF transceiver core, 8-bit CPU, and embedded OTP (One Time Programmable) memory. With peak RX/TX currents lower than 14mA, a sub μA power down mode, advanced power management, and a 1.9 to 3.6V supply range, the nRF24LE1 OTP provides a true ULP solution enabling months to years of battery lifetime from coin cells or AA/AAA batteries. In addition, a rich set of on-chip analog and digital peripherals make the nRF24LE1 OTP single chip solution ideal for an extensive range of applications including PC peripherals, gaming controllers, remote controls, sports/fitness/healthcare sensors, and toys.
In summary, the nRF24LE1 OTP integrates an nRF24L01+ 2.4GHz RF transceiver core, enhanced 16MHz 8-bit 8051 compatible CPU, 1kB + 256B RAM, 16kB embedded OTP, and a wide range of system peripherals including a hardware AES accelerator, 16MHz and 32kHz RC oscillators, ULP 32kHz crystal oscillator, 12-bit ADC, plus SPI, 2-wire, and UART serial interfaces.
The nRF24LE1 OTP is available in 3 different package options:
- 4 x 4mm 24-pin QFN with 7 generic I/O pins
- 5 x 5mm 32-pin QFN with 15 generic I/O pins
- 7 x 7mm 48-pin QFN with 31 generic I/O pins
